PRTL 27 - Setup testing environment for Portal
Portal(http://portal.systers.org/) is a web application for Systers communities to post and share information within and with other communities.
In this task you are required to run Portal on your local machine(on linux) and set up its testing environment. Documentation for the this can be found here: https://github.com/systers/portal . Please fork this repository and complete the setup. The setup will serve as a testing environment for carrying on with other testing tasks.
