Document the process of setting up a development environment to work with Drupal
To contribute to Drupal, the first step is probably to create an account and drupal.org and installing Drupal locally but it does not stops here - there are several tools developed by community and the open source, in general which make contributing to Drupal easier. For example, Dreditor - a browser plugin or IRC. Write a blog explaining how to find, install and use such tools effectively. Try to list down all possible alternatives in case there are several options but also provide detailed for one combination of tools of your choice.
