MB: Add icons for specific artist types

We have a generic icon for artists (a microphone, http://musicbrainz.org/static/images/entity/artist_lg.png). It would be cool to get more specific icons for every artist type (or at least for some of those): one for Person, one for Group, probably one for each of Character (if you can come up with a good idea for those - they indicate fictional characters rather than actual people), Orchestra and Choir. Sizes are 32x32 and 16x16, so the icons should look good at those sizes.

The icons should be licensed as either CC0, CC-BY, or CC-BY-SA - you decide which, but let us know!
