MB: Indicate when an edit changes only relationship credits
Some edits change the credited name for an entity, but not the entity itself (e.g. https://musicbrainz.org/edit/36184409). This looks the same as if the actual artist was changed - confusing!
https://musicbrainz.org/edit/36184409/data shows only entity0_credit changed. When only entity0_credit, entity1_credit, or both change, but nothing else, the edit should include something like "This edit changes only relationship credits".
