CB: Warn users about public drafts or exclude them from data dumps
On CritiqueBrainz it is possible to save drafts of reviews before they are published. Unfortunately it is unclear that these drafts are public (included in data dumps).
A better solution might be to actually make drafts private and exclude them from data dumps. Feel free to discuss this with community before starting.
