Create a server that monitors a list of GitHub repositories that each correspond to a folder in our SVN (use GitHub hooks). When commits are made to a GitHub repository, download the files and replace files in a local SVN directory with the updated versions. Create a test GitHub repo and a test folder in the Apertium repository when testing (remember to clean up!).
