Our IRC bot begiak has a module clock.py which has a command .time. When .time GMT is executed, the time printed out is wrong (however, .time UTC gives the correct time). Refer to #169 for more details. Your task is to figure out what's wrong and fix this. You should fork the bot on github to work on this task and send a pull request when you're done, then post a comment on that issue with a link to the pull request.
