Apertium APY: Add translation improvements to wiki
Add functionality to Apertium APY that when given a context, word and pair, APY will add the translation improvement suggestions to the Wiki in an easily usable format (bot.py may be useful). For further information and guidance on this task, you are encouraged to come to our IRC channel.
