begiak/phenny .lg command should accept 2-letter codes too

Begiak, our IRC bot, has a few modules that use ISO 639 language codes. There are both 2- and 3-letter codes, which are stored in a database that the bot scrapes from wikipedia. The codes are used in various bot modules, including .follow and .lg. Also, .iso639 can be used to look up a code.

Your task is to make .lg use the database to accept 2-letter codes as well as 3-letter codes. This will require you to fork the bot on github and send a pull request when you're done.
