Update a folder in our SVN with changed files automatically, i.e. with an input folder and input commit message. This involves SVN unlocking the folder, committing the changed files with the specified commit message and re-locking the folder with the appropriate lock message (same as original). Create a test folder in the Apertium repository when testing (remember to clean up!).
