Id attributes work as anchors in HTML, this way it becomes easy to share a section under a sub heading. For example, <h2>2. USING THE SYSTEM</h2> should become <h2 id="2.0-using-the-system">2. USING THE SYSTEM</h2> This way it enables us to share this specific section with someone like "http://www.scorelab.org/OpenDF/user-manual.html#2.0-using-the-system"
