Implement file picker dialog for adding attachments
This task is for the Dekko email client
Dekko currently has support for adding file attachments via content-hub on unity8 devices. You are to implement a file picker dialog for adding file attachments to messages on non unity8 environments.
You probably want to use what's provided by QtQuick.Dialogs for this task
