In either the package or iso tracker, in the top bar there exists a login/logout button. When a user is logged in, their name appears as Hello username.

This Hello username is a link to packages(iso).qa.ubuntu.com/user.

This does not exist and cause a user to see an Oops page.

The link should be removed, leaving Hello username and the login/out button.
