The Ubuntu Phone Music app displays a message when there is no music files found on the device. This task is to create an Autopilot test case in python to detect that the Music app is presenting the message correctly. The test should pass correctly and fit with the style and coding standards of the existing tests in the application.

The result should be committed to the Music app repository.
