Replace Bug Icons with a table on the QA Tracker

The QATracker is the tool that the Ubuntu QA team uses to track the results of manual testing. This tasks assumes you have already setup a development environment and are ready to code! Do the 'Setup a development environment for the QATracker' task first if you've haven't yet completed it.

Take a look at http://iso.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/308/builds/108414/testcases/1301/results

Your task is to replace the 'bug icon(s)' on the qa tracker with a table.

What we want is the 'Bugs to look for' section to be a table. With bug information from Launchpad including Bug Number, Title, Status and Importance, Package(s) and Assignee. Both status and importance should be sortable columns. In addition we would want to see any Product the bug was reported against.

The full bug report for this can be seen at https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-qa-website/+bug/1366581

Previous work undertaken and it's code can be pulled with bzr branch lp:~dkessel/+junk/ubuntu-qa-website-wip

To complete this task, you'll need to propose a merge with the changes and have them reviewed and accepted.
