Fix Ubuntu Live Image greeter (Try Ubuntu screen)
When booting an Ubuntu Live CD, the first screen shown should be the "Try Ubuntu" Screen where you can choose to either try Ubuntu or Install it. Currently ubiquity crashes before showing this screen and then boots straight into the Live Session. This bug is affecting all Ubuntu flavors including Ubuntu itself.
