Unity Dash can't understand "logout", "reboot", or "shutdown" http://launchpad.net/bugs/1403293. This task has no code involved and only require some desktop file creation + packaging and entering into Ubuntu. The candidate should also contact the Ubuntu translation teams to ensure we have it translated in time for the Xenial release.
