When an issue is found with a manual testcase we want people to be able to easily report those to the appropriate place.

Currently (example http://packages.qa.ubuntu.com/qatracker/milestones/350/builds/105268/testcases/1559/results) no obvious method to do so exists. A user has to click on 'Detailed information on the testcase' which brings up a new window which does include a way to report a testcase issue.

Your task is to provide two options for us to choose from.

1 - add a link to the currently provided links leading to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-manual-tests/+filebug . Suggested wording ' Report an issue with the testcase you are working with' . However the wording can be up to you, all we need is that it is obvious that the issue is with the testcase itself.

2 - the testcase 'frame' includes a title bar currently with just Testing - add the link as above to this title, suggest that the wording is within brackets.

Please make sure to provide two seperate Merge Requests for the options.
