In this task, you need to interview some Ubuntu users you know, ask them about some problem they may have faced after installing Ubuntu OS for the first time.

Then write the complete story of how they solved that problem (if they did).

Also search online for that problem and come up with the best solution they should have adopted instead.

It would be great if you present this article in a well styled HTML/CSS format, but it's ok to use any other editable text format like .doc or something else.
