This task is for the Dekko email client.

You are to add a dialog prompt that allows the user to check their account settings when there was a connection or authentication error.

Requirements:

• Popup a dialog displaying the reason for the failure and provide actions to "Retry" or "Check settings".
• Ensure dialog actions either restart the connection or navigate to the settings of the account that failed.
• Ensure all user visible strings are marked for translation.
