This task is for the Dekko email client.

You are to add actions to subscribe and unsubscribe mailboxes. So that they can be filtered in the user interface.

Requirements:

• Add actions to subscribe/unsubscribe a mailbox. The imap logic is already implemented it just needs exposing to qml.
• Ensure user visible strings are marked for translation
