GTK3 port of Turtle Blocks
We put off porting Turtle Blocks gitrepo to GTK3 because we never resolved some issues with Gstreamer. This task is to port Turtle Blocks while commenting out the Gstreamer code (the camera, loudness, and sensors plugins can be dropped). Daniel Francis did a partial port of an earlier version which can be found here gitorious repo.
