Right now, both Turtle Blocks and Music Blocks save to the same server. While Music Blocks should be able to run Turtle projects, Turtle Blocks cannot run music projects. So it makes sense to filter the Music projects out when displaying the available files on the server. A simple way to do this would be to add a special prefix, e.g., MusicBlocks_ to the project name when uploading to the server from Music Blocks and subsequently ignoring projects with the prefix when displaying projects in Turtle Blocks. The prefix should not be shown when displaying the title of the project when in Music Blocks.
