Issue 22 Add slow playback step-by-step mode.

Note: It is slow playback, but it also HOLDS the playback of simultaneous notes until the user prompts to be go next pitch and/or set of pitches.

This will help users hear the simultaneously performed sounds (counterpoint), so that they can "debug the music" (e.g. do these pitches sound good together?)
