Write a guide on how to contribute to the codebase for Music Blocks.

In it should be:

1. A glossary of fundamentally important objects in the software engine (logo.js)
2. A kind of "flow chart" that shows examples of how code is connected between files.
3. Helpful advice in how to contribute code.
4. Please skip non-Music Blocks stuff, like how to use git/github etc. Keep it specific to how Music Blocks works, so that a student can contribute.
