Guarani-Spanish Dictionary Activity: fix issues with capitalized letters
The activity has a problem, in the database "dic.txt" there are words where the initial letter of the word is capitalized and others with lowercase, but the program only translates words that start with the letter capitalized. Change the code of activity.py for translate in both forms no matter if the user put words in uppercase or lowercase.
