Our web-based editor currently lacks support for uploading files to it for editing.

Add an SVG toolbar button similar to the new tab button but with an up arrow instead of a plus between the "Open" button and the new tab button.

Clicking this button should open a file selector form so that a user can select one or more files to upload. When the value of the file selector form has changed it should automatically submit the form to a javascript function which creates a new tab for each file, each containing the file submitted.

Submit your .js file and modified along with the necessary changes to templates/editor.xslt (see https://hg.copyleftgames.org/gci/file/tip/templates/editor.xslt ).
