Webchat /me command

Our webchat (https://gci.copyleftgames.org/) uses XMPP MUC. Most of the popular chat applications have the /me command. This command is used to share the action we are performing. (E.g: /me is drinking coffee translates to username is drinking coffee).

You have to implement this feature in our webchat. Use the Candy API and reroute the message and format it before showing it.
