Currently our webchat is limited to just gci@chat.copyleftgames.org which is joined automatically. Some students may want to join or create or join new rooms on chat.copyleftgames.org or even join XMPP rooms hosted on other servers.

Implement /join and /part commands in commands.js to allow this. Each should be added as a new tab.

When done, attach your revised commands.js file to this task.
