The chat frame on https://gci.copyleftgames.org/ currently uses an iframe due to the use of absolute position in its CSS. It would load faster and integrate better with CSS that allowed the chat webapp to be part of our main site.
Adapt the HTML, CSS, and Javascript from https://gci.copyleftgames.org/chat so that this page and iframe are no longer needed.
When finished, upload the files that needed to be modified to this task.
