MobileFrontend beta's "Back to top" button has broken display on RTL wikis

The back to top button looks a bit misstyled in right-to-left (rtl) languages (like Arabic, Farsi, Hebrew, ...). Your task is to fix this issue. You should need to change a styling file only. There is useful information in the linked Phabricator task.
