Make Translate extension compatible with PHP 7
Install php7cc. Run the checks on the Translate extension code (clone instructions are at https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Translate ).
There should be multiple similar issues. See for example https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Sw9zx5f0flndzb2r
Fix the code until php7cc stops reporting any error. Submit a patch for your changes (or multiple if needed) to Gerrit.
