Remove unnecessary questions from generate_user_files.py and consider the defaults. Also add a message/note 'You can abort at any time by pressing ctrl-c' in the beginning, as well as a note 'you can re-run this configuration script by running generate_user_files.py', and submit the change in gerrit.
