UploadWizard is a multi-file, step-by-step JavaScript wizard to upload multimedia files to a MediaWiki website.

One of the required information is a date when the file was created. The task is to add warning about the user inputting a file creation date that seems to be in the future (it's not a hard error, the user might have the date misconfigured on their system, or the date might come from a timezone where it already is tomorrow compared to local time). Your patch should include a localisation message for the new warning and be uploaded to Gerrit.
