wm-bot: filter out minor edits from RC feed
wm-bot is our much loved IRC bot we use in numerous IRC channels.
There is an extension called RC which works as a relay of recent changes to IRC channels. This extension notify on every change to any page that was requested to be watched. Right now it’s not possible to filter out for example minor edits. Implement a way to set up a filter so that minor edits are not displayed.
