Banners should support extraClassNames parameter for adding extra css classes

Banners added by WikidataPageBanner extension are styled using a single stylesheet in ext.WikidataPageBanner.styles.less. Sometimes due to dark banners, the text would be obscured. Therefore it should be possible to specify extra css classes/class on the banner such as 'darkOnWhite' which would alter the general color of the banner(mainly flipping colors ) to suit dark banners. The extra classes could be added as part of a paremeter to {{PAGEBANNER}}. Look at other parameters to {{PAGEBANNER}} such as "toc","tooltip"... to see how parameters could be added and used.
