Improve email notification sent for new issues of newsletters
Newsletter extension allows to manage and subscribe to newsletters on MediaWiki.
When a new issue of a newsletter is announced, an email notification is sent to its subscribers through Echo notification system. Currently, the default template message provided by Echo is sent for newsletter notifications but this message is not very intuitive.
