In the MediaWiki wiki software, a user may be blocked (prevented from editing or modifying any pages) if they vandalise or disrupt the wiki. While blocked, a user should not be able to perform any functions on the wiki (except for a small number of allowed tasks).

Your task is to ensure that administrators (sysops) cannot perform revision deletions while blocked.

Note that revision deletion is not enabled in a default MediaWiki installation. To enable it, copy the first code example here into your LocalSettings.php configuration file.

This GCI task is only intended for students who have worked on similar MediaWiki tasks in the past.
