MediaWiki's special pages Special:AllPages, Special:Categories, Special:Newpages, Special:Recentchanges, logging system (LogEventsList) and history view (HistoryAction) all use the 'allpagessubmit' localisation message. Give each one (other than Special:AllPages itself) its own dedicated message.
