The popular wiki platform, MediaWiki, powers a wide range of collaborative editing projects, such as Wikipedia and Wikivoyage, as well as many internal corporate wikis and other sites.

When you follow the steps set out at https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T103870, there is an unnecessary blank line at the top of the large text area.

Your task is to fix the code to remove this superfluous blank line.
