Reword 2 MediaWiki core upload messages
MediaWiki core and OOjs UI have recently seen some changes to the upload interfaces but the messages are not clear to translators. Register on translatewiki.net, clonethe repository and edit en.json/qqq.json/PHP files as needed to address:
