Add GENDER support to 3 core tooltips
MediaWiki core has some tooltips, shown when hovering a button or link, that can't be translated correctly without knowing the grammatical gender of the affected user. Register on translatewiki.net, clone MediaWiki core and edit en.json/qqq.json/PHP files as needed to address:
