wm-bot is our much loved IRC bot we use in numerous IRC channels. See http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/wm-bot

Implement an extension that would provide command @time that would simply echo current time into a channel. There should be an option to request time in specific timezone as well by passing some parameter.
