Twinkle: Add preview functionality to the XFD module

Twinkle is a popular JavaScript gadget used by thousands of Wikipedians to accelerate common maintenance tasks. The code is hosted on GitHub.

Currently, Twinkle lets users preview their posts before Twinkle places them on the wiki - but only for some of its modules.

Your task is to add preview functionality to the "xfd" (deletion discussions) module, based on the model of the "warn" module. To complete this task, you should add preview functionality for the remaining four discussion venues: PUF, CFD, CFDS, RFD.
