RSS feeds should not be in head for mobile
There are 4 atom feeds in the head of mobile.
These are arguably useless in the MobileFrontend (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:MobileFrontend ).
It should be possible for a skin (see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Skins ) to turn these off if necessary.
