Your task is to add support for localization to Tipster.
You'll need a solid understanding of C++ and be a quick learner of the HaikuAPI (see BeBook/HaikuBook).

Goals for this task:

• Add localization support
• Additionally to localized strings of the app, Tipster has to load localized tipster-tips.txt files according to the user's locale, defaulting to English.

Fork the repo at HaikuArchive and provide a pull request to submit your work.
Respect Haiku's Coding Guidelines. Applications that use Haiku's layout management can easily be localized so that translated strings are displayed instead of the default English.
