This task consists of removing the obsolete BSP mips/mongoose per these instructions. Removing mips/mongoose is tracked as [issue 2448](https://devel.rtems.org/ticket//2448]. This patch will be reviewed by the mentors and suggestions are likely to be made. Please file the patch as an attachment to the issue ticket. This will require an account.
