Problem

There's currently no easy way how to know which subtopics exists, they're only in New Ticket view. This task wants you to display the subtopics together with the topics in the Topic list, see https://tracker.wikimedia.cz/topics .

Expected outcome

You should propose a patch to Wikimedia Gerrit, see tutorial.

Student is expected to claim the task on Wikimedia Phabricator when claiming this task on the GCI site.
