Map of Monuments: Add a filter by country and language to the map
Problem
It is possible to filter by monument's name, or by photo/nophoto, but it's not yet possible to filter monuments by the country they are in, or language the article should be in.
Proposed solution
Add filters to the map (main page of the tool). Make sure users can select more than one language/country. The map is created by JavaScript (see source), data comes from an API endpoint (see source).
Student is expected to upload a patch against labs/tools/map-of-monuments repository at Wikimedia Gerrit. Student should claim Phabricator task while claiming task at the GCI site.
